Management: Annual screening CT
Benign-appearing nodule or anatomic variant
Management: Annual screening CT
Probably benign — short-term follow-up
Management: 6-month follow-up CT
Suspicious — additional evaluation needed
Management: 3-month follow-up CT; PET-CT may be considered
Very suspicious — further evaluation recommended
Management: PET-CT and/or biopsy; tumor board
Category 3 or 4 with additional suspicious features
Management: Further evaluation regardless of size; PET-CT/biopsy
